Yasmin has 28+ years of professional experience, which includes sixteen years of Teaching and Training experience, and ten years of Industrial experience. She started her career as Assistant Manager – Human Resource, at Precot Mills Ltd Walayar, Palakkad and then shifted to Gujarat Injects Ltd as Personnel Officer for a period of two years and then to Pepsico Holdings (P) Ltd as Manager – Human Resource . She has been awarded best performer award while working in Precot Mills Ltd. Other than this many other achievement are bagged by her during her industrial experience. She was an active member of NIPM and Palghat Management Association. She shifted to academics in 2003 and has worked earlier as a faculty member of Human Resource Management under the University of Calicut and M G University and as Assistant Professor in ICFAI Business School from 2006 to 2010. 2010 onwards she is with LEAD as a founder member actively involve in the strategic decisions and developmnet of LEAD. Qualification: BGL, MBA, MHRM, PGDPM (NIPM), Pursuing Ph.D Specialisation: Human Resources Management Experience: 12 years in Industry and 20 years in teaching Publication in journal (Count): 4 Conference/workshops/ FDP attended: 11 Other contributions: An administrator par excellence, Mrs Sunni Yasmin A Hakkim is also a management educator with a professional background in HR and qualifications which include law and an MBA . She is currently pursuing her Ph D in HRD at Bharathiar University Coimbatore, under the guidance of Dr. Babu Vinoth. In 2010 she joined LEAD College of Management as Assistant Professor as well as Administrator actively contributing to the strategic decision making . She is a member of the strategic advisory committee which spearheads the leadership of LEAD.
