Sijin. T C holds an MBA from LEAD College of Management, Palakkad, and a B.Com (Hons) from NSS College, Nenmara. With a diverse background spanning finance, education, and training, Sijin embarked on his professional journey as an Assistant Bank Manager at ESAF Small Finance Bank, where he gained invaluable experience for a year. Transitioning into the realm of education, he has since dedicated himself to shaping the minds of future professionals as an Assistant Professor at LEAD College of Management for the past four years.

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (KUFOS), Sijin demonstrates a commitment to academic excellence and research in his chosen field. Alongside his academic pursuits, he has cultivated a reputation as a skilled outbound trainer, accumulating over six years of experience and facilitating more than 100 outbound training sessions across the country. Additionally, Sijin is recognized as a motivational trainer, having delivered impactful corporate training sessions for prominent organizations such as Idea Factory and Meta Data Technologies.
