Assistant Professor

Mr. Pramod V has completed his M. Com from SN College, Alathur and MBA from DMS Palayad. In 2012, he started his professional career at Hindustan University, Chennai as Assistant Professor, and served for a period of a year. He started serving as an Assistant Professor at LEAD College of Management since 2014. He brings in academic experience of around 8 years and industry experience of about one year. His current research interests are in the area of crowd funding and Fintech. Some of his publications focus on Crowd funding, Chit Fund Amendment Act, Kerala Bank, Sustainable Development, ESG integration etc., He has also authored book entitled Role of Content Marketing in Customer Engagement.

As he is passionate about student engagement, he learned the art of mind-mapping in academics and experimented the same in enriching the student’s memory for a better outcome.
