Dr. Raies Hamid is an Assistant Professor at LEAD College of Management in Dhoni, Palakkad, Kerala, India. He is a profound and energetic teaching professional specializing in organizational behavior and human resource management. In addition to his affiliation with LEAD College of Management, he is associated with NSRIC Inc. Canada as a Freelance Principal NIST 7-8 (unit), and Assistant Professor in the area of Commerce and Management unit and K12. 

Before his current positions, he held various academic and administrative positions nationally and internationally, including Live Session Expert/Small Group Coach, Content Developer, and Grader at UpGrad India Pvt Ltd India, Faculty Position at Government Degree College for Women Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir India, Director & Principal at Ali Public School Malerkotla Punjab India, Lecturer at Dar Al Uloom University Riyadh Saudi Arabia, and Faculty at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions Jalandhar Punjab India. Moreover, he was a Member of the Standard Committee for the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA) and a coordinator of the Examination and Coursework file at Dar Al Uloom University Riyadh Saudi Arabia. 

His teaching Statement/Philosophy is based on the principle of being a “lifetime learner”. He considers students as his motivation for teaching and sees himself not merely as an instructor but rather a coordinator to achieve maximum learning. 

His research philosophy is based on his interest in thoroughly understanding and applying the concepts of emotional intelligence, job burnout, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction in education.

Dr. Raies Hamid earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Punjab Technical University in 2008 and a Master of Business Administration from the same university in 2010. He was awarded a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Department of Management at K Gujral Punjab Technical University Punjab in 2017.
