He has more than 20 years of teaching experience in handling management and accounting subjects under various streams like engineering, management subjects under various streams like engineering, management and computer applications. His expertise is in HRM and he has obtained three post-graduation degrees from two central universities and he was awarded PhD in the area of HRM in specific to QWL and Family Enrichment. As he is passionate about student engagement, he learned the art of mind-mapping in academics and experimented the same in enriching the student’s memory for a better outcome and also among the faculty memories through FDPs.
