He brings with him a wealth of experience, having served in the Indian Air Force for 18 years with roles spanning across Engineering and HR departments. With a postgraduate degree in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resources Management, he now applies his expertise as an Assistant Professor in the HR/OB area at the LEAD College of Management, Palakkad. Currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore, he is deeply committed to advancing knowledge in his field.
