Dr. Urmila R. Menon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Lead College (Autonomous), Palakkad. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from the University of Calicut, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Her teaching areas include Financial Management, Security Analysis, and Portfolio Management, with research interests in Behavioral Finance and Educational Research.
