About Our Lead Operating Teams

The Lead Operating Teams (LOT) initiative at our college divides various operational responsibilities among 16 specialized teams. Each team consists of dedicated student members who work collaboratively under the guidance of 2-3 faculty mentors.

This innovative approach allows students to gain hands-on experience in college administration while contributing to the improvement of campus operations. The teams focus on specific areas of college functioning, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all essential operations.

Admission

Manages student recruitment, application processing, campus tours, and admission events to ensure a smooth enrollment process for new students.

Placement

Coordinates with companies, organizes recruitment drives, prepares students for interviews, and facilitates internships and job placements.

Canteen

Oversees food services, menu planning, hygiene standards, and overall canteen operations to ensure quality dining experience.

Outbound training is an experiential learning method that uses outdoor activities and challenges to develop skills such as teamwork, leadership, and communication.

Documents college events through photography and videography, maintains visual archives, and handles media content creation.

Events

Plans, coordinates, and executes college events, festivals, and cultural programs ensuring smooth operations and student participation.
