Dr. Megha P. M serves as the Head of LEAD BI and Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Lead College Autonomous. She holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Bharathiar University and has over 15 years of teaching experience. Her research interests focus on Translational Research, and she is dedicated to fostering innovation and applied research through academic-industry collaboration and student-driven initiatives.
