MBA programme only. Students complete their first semester and transition into their initial industry placement — a 90-day deep-dive into a real organisational environment.

LEAD's placement preparation begins on Day 1 of the programme — not a week before the interviews open. Every student passes through five deliberate stages before an offer arrives.
Pre-Placement Training
Six months of structured workshops — aptitude, communication, mock interviews, domain case studies — before the placement season opens.
Profile Registration
Students build verified profiles reviewed by faculty and industry mentors. Domain, specialisation, and career goals are mapped to company requirements.
Company Engagement
The placement cell conducts year-round corporate outreach. 219+ companies engaged the 2024–26 batch as of February 2026.
Selection & Offer
Drives, PPOs, and walk-in processes facilitated on campus. Real-time guidance through every round of selection.
Post-Offer Support
Offer documentation, salary negotiation guidance, and pre-joining orientation. LEAD walks alongside every student from offer to Day 1.
