TheDeans.
LEAD College is guided by four dedicated academic leaders — two Deans and two Associate Deans — each stewarding a distinct pillar of institutional excellence: Quality Assurance, Accreditations, Academic Affairs, and Student Affairs. Together, they ensure a performance-driven, student-centric academic ecosystem where standards are upheld and futures are shaped.
Through continuous monitoring, mentoring, and coordination, the Deans ensure that LEAD maintains high academic standards while nurturing responsible, industry-ready, and value-driven professionals.
