Ms. Sarithambika KP

Assistant Professor

Ms. Sarithambika K. P is the Assistant Professor in LEAD College of Management, specialising in finance. She has submitted her Ph.D. to the University of Calicut, specialising in ‘Differently-abled Person’s Entrepreneurship’. She has completed her B.COM (Co-operation) and M.COM (Financial Management) from MES Mampad College, affiliated with the University of Calicut. She is currently pursuing her MBA (Finance) from Pondicherry University. She holds the prestigious Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and has also cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) by CBSE, as well as the State Eligibility Test (SET) conducted by LBS Centre . She was the +2 school topper and gold medalist and the second-highest topper at district level. Her passion for research was bestowed with the best P.G. project award, the best paper presentation award from the University of Delhi, five publications, and nine paper presentations at the national and international level. 

As a resource person, she has contributed to four workshops/seminars, and pre-conference events and has coordinated numerous programs. She is also proficient in SPSS and various other software programs. She is also included in three rank lists of KPSC, notably Assistant Professor in Commerce. Her teaching experience spans guest lecturing at MES Mampad College and teaching at the School of Distance Education (University of Calicut).
