Previously, he worked as an Assistant Manager for the Central Nodal Agency-Adventure Tourism, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India (Office: IITTM Goa, Panaji). He holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Tourism and Hospitality. Additionally, he has qualified UGC NET with JRF and has completed his PhD from Pondicherry University (Thesis Submitted). With over five years of experience in academia and industry, he is a seasoned professional.

He is keen on creating win-win situations both personally and professionally, adept at managing life and profession systematically. As a freelance consultant, he offers his expertise to adventure site operators and resorts. Moreover, he serves as a consultant and trainer for hygiene, safety, and first aid for food and beverage retail companies. He has also contributed as a Resource Person for the District Tourism Promotion Council, Malappuram, facilitating various training and capacity-building programs.

In his leisure time, he enjoys watching adventure vlogs, cooking, and playing football, volleyball, and chess.
