Revolutionise your

(Two days Residential Faculty Programme)

A duty of a teacher is not just to transfer knowledge but to develop the students in a holistic manner. ‘Youth are not useless but used less’. This Guru Shishya Basic sets your mindset which can enable you to empower your students to a performer. Every great leader knows the primacy of life-long learning. At academia, this is as true for guru as it is for shishya. In the learning process, many students struggle with college-level reading and writing. Part of it is simply not knowing how to get the essentials from the text. As a guru, any teaching-learning process will be fruitful only when he/she is perspicacious to empathies their students and to create a quest for knowledge. This event will be peculiar of its kind to make you feel proud by appreciating the crux of our profession and to serve the student community with greater confidence

15th& 16th December 2018

One should have under gone any of the FDPs conducted by LEAD. The pedagogy of teaching remains alien to many teachers. To repeat the contents in a book to the students, class carries no value because better knowledge is available at the fingertips of the students. Studying becomes harder and students hate sitting in the class. Change in the way of teaching sessions are handled in a class so that you can make students interested. Different training methods and outcome-based learning are dealt in this training.
